2007 washington dollar errors?

I would say, just from ebay research, that The Coins missing the text around the edges are the true errors. The ones with upside down lettering and dropped lettering blah blah take your fake us coins back to afghanistan where you can buy a friggin molex watch, would be nitpicking. I hate the errors that have just a dbled number or single letter and have “Doubled Die RARE!” Der…see that’s just grabbing for a Rare Coin when you know you have nothing then try to push it off on ppl like its really something. Bad business ethics and I know nothing of entrapaneurialism or whatever. Either way Id say stick to one’s missing the edge inscriptions! The news posting these “Godless Dollars” up everywhere in the world at the same time doesn’t help our wallets either. I got 2 at $195 each. Saw a listing of of 5 that was ended by early buyout for $298 that I wish I had gotten to first. Get a couple of them while they are cheaper…ish than they will be say…….6 weeks from now.

That is a good way to look at things. I actually read an article though that states that the upside-down inscriptions are not errors at all. When the coin is processed through the writer, it can be put in right-side up or upside down. There is no error here. It is just mere chance on how they will face going into the machine. The wordless dollars are now official. The mint released information that they did make an error. I bought one at $155 and then saw some for $85 so I feel your pain. The good news is that since the mint has released the information, prices have shot back through the roof. I recently saw one go for $405 and another at $395 so actually, you got a good deal. Oh and the dropped letters are not what people are living them up to be. They are in fact imprints when the coins hit up against each other. There is a few actually dropped letters, but they are extremely rare and do not have letters that are dropped upside down. Another common error that is a known error is the filled S in the last S in states. It is a cud error and is priced very affordable. Well I hope that this is a little more insight to your cause.
